Mentoring means learn...I totally agree with Debbie. Mentoring means learning and helping. Good Mentors as well as good teachers, try to find a way out most of the time. If I am asked: mentors as well as teachers sometimes succeed and sometimes fail: we are all human. Most important: has a learning attit...Hi everybody!<br />Most important: has a learning attitude, has desire to help others, has up to date knowledge (some reservations about this though, regarding current time when we deal with abundance), mentors are practical.<br />I would like to add one more item: mentor has good skills to support, organise and guide mentees.<br />Is it always true mentors succeed? How do mentors deal with mistakes which might arise in the process?
